Treatment of dams has traditionally been one of the core businesses of SITE since the beginning of the Company activity. In SITE Canada we can provide the execution of injection treatments for dam construction, both for the waterproofing screen as well as consolidation of the foundations, joints between blocks, core treatments of loose materials in the dams, etc.
After pouring the tunnel lining concrete, there is the possibility of existence of small gaps and void spaces between the real tunnel lining that forms the vault and the shotcrete/drains or waterproofing. Therefore, is makes necessary a specialize work, in this case contact injections, to fill this cavities.
